Ellen Bliss Home was born out of a passion for creating a home that is comfortable, beautiful, meets the needs of the family, and provides the perfect backdrop for creating lifetime home memories. As Nate Berkus aptly put, “your home should tell the story of who you are, and be a collection of what you love.”
As we started our quest to create a home that reflected us, while there are plenty of resources online, it’s been time consuming, tiring, and sometimes frustrating to find the right resources and products for our budget and needs in a sea of home decor information overload! We longed for a central place where we could go and easily find affordable resources and inspiration! As we started compiling (and sharing with our friends) home decor resources, the idea of Ellen Bliss Home (EBH) as a portal for affordable and timeless home decor resources was born!
As such, our vision is to be a first class curator of affordable interior design, home decor and styling resources and inspiration, in an organized and easy-to-find way. Our mission is to empower YOU to create your own beautiful home that will stand the test of time. We are constantly finding new resources to provide you with the tools to go ahead and start revamping that room or the whole house or apartment effortlessly and on a budget.
There are so many great home decor blogs, affordable decor products, DIY projects, amazing styling inspiration online. While we do realize that are other websites that provide home decor resources and inspiration, we felt that some of these resources sometimes do not cater to those of us on a budget who are trying to find resources that are affordable and easy to implement in our homes. Our job is to bring to you the best of affordable home decor resources and attainable ideas to create that amazing home that you have always dreamed of having!
Our website also includes a blog where we plan to share our own home decor spaces and styling ideas, seasonal home tours, a home decor watch series, and high quality interviews with talented folks from the home decor community.
